Woop woop ten days alcohol AND weed free today! It doesn’t seem like much for alcohol the longest I made it was two months then relapsed then went another two months last year, but I haven’t even gone a day without weed in YEARRRS. And honestly I wouldn’t have given it up if it wasn’t for having a CHS episode which was so excruciating it keeps me from even wanting to smoke—but I’m still really freakin proud. It was a blessing in disguise because being 100% sober makes me feel so good about myself.

@Laraellelarissa and @JazzyS … thank you. Gotta say…this one feels very good. I’ve gotten the hang of not drinking and not wanting to drink. Still feeling the desire to improve my outlook. Take it to another level. Not sure what that looks like, but it will come.
