I know it’s a horrible way to quit drinking but I chain-smoked cigarettes and pot every day for a whole month to help with the alcohol cravings and it worked. I don’t feel the need to use these two terribly unhealthy habits anymore for the alcohol cravings. I feel ready to ditch the cigs now and feeling much stronger💪 ODAAT
