I hope you are able to be kind with yourself as you figure out the why. Knowing the why is important as it will give you tools to figure out how to deal with it in the future.
The pilgrimage could be good for you but also something that may cause you to self reflect - could the opening up of yourself cause the relapse? I remember last year being the same so that is why I lose the question.
Day 6 is great work…just keep pushing forward. Make sure you have a clean environment and Fight those urges when they arise. Much love friend…ODAAT!
