I want to let everyone know I am legit encouraged by all the screenshots. From the least to the most. They all show that we are fighting for a change in ourselves. No longer letting the bottle control our live, but US taking back our lives. In the past I’ve had to reset those trackers numerous times. Don’t lose hope. Press on.

That’s why I enjoy this group because when you start goin through the feeds you can take away something every time. @JazzyS always reminds me to stay involved and I recommend the same to you for this reason and to not isolate which I’m very good at. Not because I’m not social but because my addicted brain wants me to shut down and act like no one could relate to me and and mine, but everyone here is fighting the same fight. You got this
