No I don’t eat much fish anyway 
I’d happily be Vegan if I had a personal chef who cooked for me, I’m just lazy…
Think I need to change though, the Whale killing in the Faroe Islands made me shed a tear

I’ve been veggie/vegan for about 6 months now (vegan on a good day, veggie on a bad one as I sometimes still have eggs).
I’d love to watch this film but I find it so harrowing any time I see anything horrible happen to animals or whales, etc. It makes me so angry and sad and I really struggle with it. I will have to pluck the courage and watch when I can.
I hate all these huge conglomerate companies and the damage they are doing to people and the planet. I’d like to believe that times are changing though, and hopefully their days are numbered!

These big manufacturers sneak alsorts into our food, and sometimes you just want go pick something up and eat, without spending 10 mins trying to dissect a label.
Totally get the dairy thing. I’ve managed to switch to plant milks really easily but I do miss cheese. I’ve tried all the vegan cheeses but they’re all a bit yukky to me.
I’m trying to stick to whole food plant based these days. I love Chef AJ and Dr Alan Goldhammer on YouTube. They have a way of making it all sound simple. Dr Doug Lisle is a psychologist and is also brilliant.
Do you have any vegan heroes that you follow?

Yes, this documentary broke my heart. I eat very little animal products but still not 100% vegan; the one thing I still held onto was a piece of seafood every now and then. But now, I don’t want to choose to eat that anymore. The ocean is more important to me as is the sea life that inhabit it 
change is hard, but that shouldn’t stop us from at least trying to do/be better each day… for ourselves, for each other, for the Earth and for the animals. The destructive path we’re on is worrisome, and soul destroying to say the least.
