I am on my 7th reset in 4 months I feel defeated. I came out of a mental hospital for suicide attempt 2 weeks ago
I don’t know the point of life anymore. Right now I’m just chemical calm so I don’t commit

I’m sorry you are struggling. Is there a program you can join when you leave the hospital? Do you have a counsellor?
