I’ll be rejoining the burpee challenge once cleared by my PT. I’ve just been doing upper body stuff. I called her today to see if I could run tomorrow since technically it will be 14 days since my calf sprain. She said no that she wants to see me before I run again because she knows I’m not going for just a mile and she isn’t wrong I was planning a 2 mile then a 5 lol so I’m gonna go hiking instead

Even though I worked out yesterday, I missed my push challenge. So since day 3 is a rest day, I will do 10 pushups today juat to make up for it

I am incredibly ill at the moment.
Like, can’t stand up properly ill.
I’m gonna need to pick this challenge back up later.
Push-ups have been a part of my general fitness for years and I genuinely don’t like when I can’t do then as it is an indicator that something’s not right.

Day 4 done. I think the biggest problem will be the final amount of push-ups for me and the big increments. Hmm, maybe I will extend it to somewhat 2 months. Last time the end was somewhere between 30 and 35 in a row for me.

Also did some full body weight training to help get back into the swing of things, so good to have time amd energy to be moving my body again!
