I’m looking forward to overcoming my own addiction prior to my many attempts then crashing out. At the end I always choose my vice consistently and it ends up damaging more discipline in the process. However I will continue to work on it despite my slips, all it really takes is being aware and be willing to take the effort.

I got a porn addiction. Needless to say that I’m not proud of it…
Morning/ afternoon/evening @Mary .None of us need to be ashamed of our Addiction s so please don’t be . It’s not my addiction so I’m sorry I won’t be much help many people on here can though . Take yourself out of your comfort zone and put up a new topic with something like the words porn addiction need advice. that way people who are going through the same thing will reach out to you .I know your embarrassed but trust me no one on here will judge you or be put off by your honesty we’ve all been to hell with our addiction s good luck girl you’ve got this
