Iā€™m starting the wall Pilates challenge today. Trying to find stuff to do to feel better about myself. Starting to realize how much my self esteem took a hit when I was drinking.

Adding back my daily afternoon green tea ACV quiet time. Making myself sit still and be consciously connected, cleaning out my thoughts and drinking something healthy helps me to be more content and focused. :relieved:

Have you tried hot lemon and ginger first thing of a morning 30 minutes before food makes you feel wonderful

Been a long long time since I tried warm lemon water and never with ginger. Putting that back in the mix.
