One week sober today! 
The first few days were very hard. I know I have a long journey ahead, but I am focused and determined.

Thank you! I am actually doing pretty well. I am on day 9 now. I had a hard time last night. I was a little emotional because I was having a craving but my husband helped me through it. I’ve been trying to find new hobbies and things to keep me busy. I know I can’t go back because my heath depends on it. I have too much to live for.

Great work on day 9 and well done on getting through your craving, I know it’s tough but they do pass. So good that your husband is there to support you too. Be kind to yourself and keep moving forward, one day at a time. Know you’re doing amazing hun
