Sexual Addiction (Masturbation)

23 year old male.

I have had a history of pornography addiction as young teenager. Now as an adult, I have developed sexual addiction to masturbation. I am devastated because of it.

My withdrawal symptoms:

  • cravings
  • insomnia
  • heart palpitations
  • restlessness
  • concentration problems

I am trying my best to quit, this is really horrible.

Welcome to the forum. I personally don’t have any experience with masturbation addiction, but there are plenty others here who do. If you tap the magnifying glass, you can find a lot of knowledge to fight this addiction

Welcome @Vicegerent - you’re in the right place. There are many of us here who struggle with similar behavioural addictions. I’ve added you to the private thread for men struggling with this - you’ll find many fellows there - and you should also take a look through some of what Neal posted here (personally for me I found joining a group in my city made a big difference):
