So crazy to look back and see how much sadness was actually in my eyes. I wish I could give my past self a hug and say it gets better. I’m happy to be where I am and am excited for the future

The first picture is me… depressed. Unhappy. Unhealthy. Pre addiction 2nd is when I was a week clean. Last is me nowish. A year+ clean and sober. A healthy mind and body me.

It’s crazy what recovery can do…i don’t pick up no matter what and today the only pain I have is chosen with many tattoo appointments lol. Great work on your transformation and on your recovery

Incredible transformation. Just got over 7 months and still trying to figure out what to do. Health related issues getting much better. And have a degree I’m working on so getting there. Very motivating to see this. Thank you!
