The last few weeks or so has been quiet a adventure. But ig I shall rewind all the way to my first driving test. But I did pass my schools test in one try (even though the night I was supposed to take it I passed out) I think that was in 2021. But then comes along the state written test, I passed that with flying colors. I think I got a 83ā
or something. Donāt tell anyone but I had cheat notes on my leg 
no they werenāt that useful. But then rolling around to my first driving test, being nervous and useless all day bc it was on a school day and stuff so I couldnāt focus for the life of me. But then has the hours ticked away it was time to face my biggest fear of the whole day. The driving instructor I had was nice 
! She was lovely and I thank her 
. I know ur wondering if I passed or failed. Well Iām not one of the perfect people who passed their driving test on the first try. I did end up failing towards the end basically. We were getting ready to back around a corner and the first corner someone was working on the side walk so we had to find something else and as I was trying to set it up my dumbass went to the left side of the road instead of the rightā¦ So thatās a automatic fail. But now I know what I needed to practice lol. But that gave me some time to practice and get better! I did practice parallel parking and backing around the corner. And I wanted the same instructor because I guess that was more comfortable for me. As I was getting ready to set up my next appointment for my drive test, the instructor I have before was on vacation till April 14th and because two of the student cars were down we had to use my momās car(which worked out bc I obviously drove her car a lot). So I schulded my drive test on a day I had theatre rehearsal bc thatās when she was available and stuff. Hint my theatre teacher didnāt like that as much but my mom said that me passing this test was more important than missing some rehearsal for our schools musical (were doing newises and opening night is tomorrow.) But drive test number two rolls around and I expected to get a automatic fail again or just a fail :"). But this time I managed to make it all the way through the test. So i didnāt make the same mistake last time in the neighborhood I kept telling myself āstay to the rightā.i did lose all points for parallel parking bc I had to readjust. And lost all points for backing around the corner bc I left the car in reverse :") I did the corner thing so well. But as we pulled up to the DMV she was like " u made it". I sat there like āI did?!ā. she said " donāt be so surprised!!" 
trust me I was, still am LOL. The whole time I was shaking and very nervous. I thought I was gonna fail the first time bc she gave me instructions to go straight but my dumbass thought we were gonna a go the same way so I went into the left turn lane. But legally their supposed to tell u that we have to reroute. I also thought I was gonna fail bc I had a hard time putting my momās car in accs mode bc they say donāt start the engine :") (my momās car is a key so). But I did get some help with that but I passed with a 86ā
. Got my drivers license the next day and just got my physical copy in the mail recently. Now after that itās time to buy a car! So my budget was 4k (big mistake). Mistakes were made. This 4k came out of a retirement fund that my dad had and my mom didnāt know about. So me and my mom are looking at cars and yeah we did have some arguments along the way but after a month or so my mom showed me with 2006 black Honda Accord V6 coupe. Now hondas are supposed to be good right. Well not for 4k they aināt. We did get this car from a private dealer. The drivers side rear window was cracked but he did offer to fix it. (It was shattered but still intacted to the car.) The back window had a bad tint job so it made things blurry. But it did have a cute nagavtion system! Now when I told u I had plans for this car I had plans. Was gonna a get it wrapped, add roof racks, a spoiler, decorate the inside. But none of that happened. We did take the guy down to 3,300. And first car very happy finally get to drive by myself! Well driving by myself rn is kinda hard bc I donāt have my mom guiding me or yelling in my ear if I did something wrong, I have to figure it out all on my own now. But I didnāt have this car for about a week and things went down hill. By the third day (Friday) like two weeks ago or something, my car started to make noises. And yes I did drive with the oil light on but what happened next my sister says itās not my fault bc I did ask my mom before we bought the car and many times after to get it looked at by a machinc. The noises didnāt sound good :"). And I did tell my mom I wasnāt gonna drive my car anymore until it got fixed. But my grandma had retired and she was like āhow about we go show off ur new carā and me being me I said fineee. When I started the car it didnāt sound great. And when I turned it kinda sounded like squeaky breaks but my breaks were fine, I thought it was someone elseās car :"). Honestly if I could see into the future I would have turned around and taken the car home. But within about 3 mins the most embarrassing thing was about to happen to me. Me and my mom are riding along and the car still making noises and then we get to the intersection by Dutch Bros. We stop at the red light and my battery light comes on. I look over to my mom and Iām like āmy battery light is onā. She told me trun it off and on. So I did that many timesā¦ The car didnāt even make the noise when u try and start ur car. So the hazard lights go on and the car gets put into natural and I am pushing my car into the nearby parking lot. It was embarrassing bc I know everyone is litterly staring at us. But one guy helped us push and another used his car to keep traffic away from us and the got out to push . So we call up my grandparents and they come over. My grandpa cleans the little battery things and then tries to jump start it. We tried like 6 times or so. Nothing happened so I went to Dutch and got a drink (aftershock, didnāt like that as much) and luckily we had road side assistance. And it was on Sunday so obviously the mechanic isnāt open. But it was about. Monday my mom texted me " itās gonna cost 2k to fix and I wonāt be paying for my gas anymore " . my response was ājust total it.ā Later that day my mom told me my enige was no more. So 3k of my dead fathers retirement fund gone. Me wanting to beat up the guy who sold it to us. And never wanting to drive again and me upset with Honda itās self. To this day I am still disappointed and as we speak my trash car of a Honda still sits in our driveway being useless. It reminds me of. My dadās truck that currently sits in my other grandparents feild. Iām tired of looking at it and just wanna get rid of it. But we started car hunting again and this time we upped our budget. We did find this little business called Ruby motors (note:the Ruby is named after their daughter!, their Instagram is Ruby motors.) We went to look at this 2005 Toyota Camry V5, sedan, 4 door! It has 144k miles and one owner. Guessing it belonged to a older fellow bc of the sticker in the window and as of rn the car sits at my house working properly. But the only thing for some reason only the drivers side door opens with the remote that which is dumb but itās okay at least itās not the engine!š„². But I put some of my stuffed animals in my car and strapped in my big bear as a passenger so I wouldnāt feel as lonely! The plans I had for my Honda will now go into my Camry. Rn Iām looking g for a job but once this month is over bc Iām just a little bit busy Iāll call up Applebeeās again (I think I have a good chance with them!)but moral of the story donāt buy from private unless they know what they are doing . And what should had been a red flag from the Honda dealer is that when we was out test driving he went back inside and fell asleep. Idk who is able to fall asleep when ppl litterly have ur car but ig he didnāt care. And may 27th Iām going to Ashland! ^-^
