Light therapy works.
Ohhh this is interesting
I LOVE this thread!!!
What do you recommend for face sunscreen?? My friend said I should use sunscreen with Zinc for my face. I tried one and I have been breaking out like crazy! Any advice would be much appreciated!
I second this question about daytime moisturizers with SPF. Usually they make you look so oily even after makeup application. I am worried about sun protection that sweats off. I guess I just need a good sun hat.
I have an amazing product that I LOVE. Its bit on the pricey side but its Worth it. No breakouts. You can apply make up over it. Its a winner
A drug store option that I like is this :
its sheer, light, not oily , and I didnt break out with it. Its a more affordable option. An Aussie would know the best sunscreen!! Ugh they dont ship to the US That Ultra Violet had awesome reviews…

This is great for sensitive skin. I just got it. Zinc/mineral based. I’m very fair/sensitive skin. Pricy though
Ooh that looks like just what I need!
Have never tried that brand but will definitely buy it next. I just got something called Tizo. So pricey. 41$ for 1.74 oz But I will try anything! Been breaking out like crazy.
Not a really big tip, and I dont know if its allready been written here. But it really shows on your skin if you are not good at remowing your make up every nigth and cleaning your face Drinking water also shows on your skin
I had terrible hormonal acne issues about a year ago and then I found this truly wonderful company: Esmi using their products and cleaning up my diet (no dairy and processed foods) completely changed my life! My skin healed and is clear and healed now. Barely have any scars to show. I highly recommend Esmi based on my experience
