Small check in week #2

Thought id get some more thought outs since its been about a week…i screwed up today but iv had a 50 hour streak which isnt that bad for me…i got tempted about 6 times during that 50 hours but was able to control myself…but the last time it really annoyed me that i couldnt do it…ended up caving and instead of being pissed off now im upset at myself and wish i could just redo the day…already felt weak during my workout and didnt hit what i needed to and really bad weather…quite annoyed so it just left that gateway to me screwing up. I guess ill do weekly check ins and try and be more aware…
