Good morning! I thought I’d share SMART goals! S: specific M: measurable A: attainable R: realistic T: time bound. By utilizing this tool, it helps me to not only remember to set weekly goals, but to keep them realistic as well. Hope this helps!

That’s a good tool Michael! I use that trick too and it has been very helpful for me at work. I’m no master of course but it helps
