I was wondering if anyone has used this handbook?
I bought a copy from Amazon and so far I’ve completed about 80% of the book. I found the exercises and the information in it really helpful.
I am constantly returning to the book when I get cravings or start thinking of excuses to go to the pub or the local shop for some booze and it gives me a nudge in the right direction. I personally highlighted certain phrases / sections so I can flick through quickly
