Hey Guys. I have had a relapse recently but I have also had cravings for snacks. Sweets have been big but I have found these pretzels that my mom introduced me to that get me going. I always seem to find them 2 for 1 at the store. Dots pretzels, the spices are just so great. They are the best sober time snack! Anyone else have a guilty pleasure snack they go to?
Cookies! I love cookies.
Extra cheesy popcorn, I buy a white cheddar powder on Amazon by Wise
Reese cups are high on my list of chocolate favorites. So hard to stop earning them.
Pickles and peanut butter
I dig seaweed snacks. Imported speciality ones can get spendy for the crazy flavours, but Costco have excellent multipacks for a very reasonable price.
Reese’s peanut butter cups. I neve ate then growing up with any regularity but when I started getting more and more sobriety they became the go to sober snack. I don’t eat buckets of them and i don’t want to trigger anyone who struggles with overeating but they became my mini celebration for milestones and on occasion a comfort when I’m trying to work through serious cravings to act out in my addiction.

Oohhh @AyBee I second the seaweed snacks those are so good! My father had never seen them before and I weirded him out eating them in front of him one day.
I am willing to try it, but I need to buy pickles.
Until then I reserve judgement.
My little guy, who’s pretty picky (particularly with green things, minus cucumbers & peas) asked to try seaweed once since a friend had it in his childcare class. I was (pleasantly) shocked he loved it. He eats a pack a day most days; comes to tell me a long winded story breathing fish paper all over me
Ritz Bits peanut butter, ice cream, and my favorite is Fannie May Pixies! Basically I’ve been eating non stop for 5 days.
Triscuits, nuts, reeces cups, granola bars. And so,much ice cream. It is a miracle that I am losing weight. I do have to watch out for binging though, as I can sometimea go overboard.
