I drank lastnight and am so upset with myself. I feel like crap, have a stomach ache. I do not want to feel like this anymore. I dont want to be like this anymore. Not waiting for new year resolution to stop. Stopping this now. Day 0. I need to be healthier. Starting the diet and exercise program soon too. Thanks everybody.

Forgive yourself. Learn from past mistakes, remember how poorly you feel this morning, and move on from day 1 to day 10, then 20, etc.

Hang in there you can do it! Exercise is a huge part of my recovery. Helps so much with anxiety. Take it one day at a time.
