No, no… having lived in Portland since 1994, I can verify, unequivocally, that it’s true. It’s outta my hands but it’s still a bummer. I can’t believe that it almost makes me yearn for the days of all the hipsters moving here, years ago. 
Even if it is not true/accurate, it is definitely a Poophole Abyss, comparatively. Meh 
Yeah, that article did put Portland right up there, if you add violent crime together with property crime, I guess others might beat it a bit. It is sad though, to see a place where you live(d) regress so.
