I found the Sober-app a few years ago, but never really used until three months ago. I add all my sugar-addiction triggers now and they help me stay “clean”. Watching the days I go without sugar helps me keep motivated.
I’m almost 7 months clean and sober now I’m gearing up getting ready to give up sugar myself! I know it’s not going to be easy but I know I’ll feel bette! Have a good night!
