First time watching it since I was a little kid. It’s been 25-30 years, but I recognize every single episode so far (at least the general story of each).
FANTASTIC writing in it. Watching it as an adult with much more perspective has been great. I absolutely love Dan Lauria (the Dad). I liked him as a kid but he was kind of scary too. Now I can understand where he’s coming from a lot of the time, and why he is how he is.
Double-whammy of nostalgia. For a time where I did not exist (60s/70s), and for when I watched it last and the world didn’t feel so heavy (mid-90s).
