Trying one of these Dorsal Night Splints for my arch or maybe plantar fasciitis pain.

It’s suppose to hold my foot upright for a gentle consistent stretch to my plantar fascia, Achilles tendon, and calf muscle.
See how it goes. Probably shouldn’t wear it the whole night on the first night.

I wonder if anyone has tried anything like this before?

The Wifey’s got pain in both Achilles tendons and tried something similar, but it didn’t work for her
So she’s back to the support straps and high leg boots.
I hope they work or help ease the pain.
&
