Sober Literature?

Good Morning Everyone!

I hope your day is going well!

I’m now on day 3 of being sober (not my first attempt). I’ve been reading a really good book about a woman’s experience of alcoholism and getting sober which I’ve found very readable. It also highlighted a number of red flags and similarities in my own drinking which has helped me stay sober.
I’ve tried reading the AA books but I find them really hard to read so I was wondering if anyone else could recommend any other literature on sobriety that they found helpful/interesting or just worth a read?

Thank you!

Hi Lydia well done on 3 days. If you do a search on the magnifying glass for literature I know there are some topics already.
This naked Mind I think it’s called is one that a lot of people read. Annie Grace is the author.

If you search :mag: recovery books there are other threads too and I’m sure you will get some more recommendations here.

Keep checking in and reach out whenever you need to!:sparkling_heart:

I’ve still not mastered the skill of linking threads in yet. Thanks @siand
