Slowly recovering from my running injury. Finally managed going for a short walk without crutches today.
I went through hell last 11 days…
But now I’m happy again. Especially because I’m going back home soon, to see my family after a year!

Good morning all! Rocking the sober life. Feeling anxious lately… Lots going on so being anxious is OK and I am coping with whatever is thrown at me. I am truly learning that it is okay to feel feelings. I am learning to express gratitude for my struggles for it makes me who I am. And I am STRONG!
