It is way too hot for this part of the world. Going with my Rasputin look today to try and keep cooler in the heat and try to get some work done.

I love ruined castles! When I was a boy living in England, we went to more than one where you could just clamber around and pretend the Normans were attacking. Or Vikings or Romans, we had our pick!

Where was it that you lived?
Richmond, Surrey. Not far from the Queen’s deer park. I went to the local school, St Elizabeth’s for a year then transferred to Overseas School of London for a couple years.
We made lots of road trips to Scotland, Ireland and your neck of the woods, too.

Day 324
Today we’ve done a lot of gardening, so now I’m making the super advanced, hot dogs and hamburger dinner.
Today’s outfit, black tank top, Jens shorts, matching scrunchie, no shoes and a beige and white apron from the local supermarket,almost three sizes to big.
Can’t be fancy 24/7

Day 306! 3rd day back to work after 10 days off and feeling great. During my time off I found a new love. I floated in a sensory deprivation tank at a float center twice. My anxiety is so much lower and tolerance for the ridiculous things in life is way higher. If you havent tried this experience, I highly recommend you do! It took self care to the next level for me. Hope everyone has a great sober day!
