Well I ended up showing to the meeting late. Didnāt realize they switched times. So went for a little cruise, parked next to a waterfall, listening to the birds and just chillen

I feel the same, Micky. Thatās why I felt compelled to comment. Disbelief that I have over 200 days. Disbelief that my skin now fits my face a bit better and I can bear to look at my reflection. Disbelief that after over 30 years, I am finally doing it. Disbelief that the weight that I have been trying to get off for years has just fallen off.
Your selfie reminded me of all of that. You look well, and content. Love it.

Such a beautiful process. I fell even more in love with my wife during her pregnancy. Absolutely awesome. Plus I got to eat whatever she was craving so it was a win win:)

I drove today. A lot. Kids to practices, errands, appointments. A busy day like this where I was all over the place used to make me so nervous. I didnāt know how Iād get through it without drinking. Sometimes I wouldnāt. Or Iād cancel the appointments so I could stay home and drink. Today I nailed it.

I love this. This is how I feel. I used to absolutely hate driving, but now I canāt do it enough. The pleasure, enjoyment and satisfaction that I get from dropping my kids off or picking them up from somewhere - particularly after the time that I would usually be drinking - is off the charts. Itās one of those little things that give me great joy that I didnāt understand was going to be a thing before I stopped drinking. Another completely unexpected benefit of sobriety.
I collected my son from his friendās house at 8:30pm yesterday (Friday). His friendās mum met me at the gate with a glass of wine in her hand, already slurring a bit. I felt like Captain America.

I highly recommend all olaplex products, and kerastase hair products, I use the green range, resistance I think its called, il double checkā¦ There expensive but your hair will repair in about 3-4 weeks you will see s huge difference. I canāt speak highly enough of themā¦ My hair is exactly the same as yours, blonde, broken, dry, fried, thin, brittle etcā¦so I feel your pain

Awesome Iāll check it out! I am using the Joico defy damage line right now and have seen a difference with that! My hair lady does an olaplex treatment every time she highlights me. Thanks for the info!!
