So true on the resentment. I know I’ve been more angry lately and I hate it bc I was such a happy person for majority of my life so all this anger and short fuse is eating at me. I know using isn’t the cure but I just can’t seem to get out of this funk. :frowning:

This sober selfie is brought to you from the Grand Canyon. I had never been here before. I don’t think I would have made it here, or been able to do the hike had I continued drinking. What an awe inspiring place and a good reminder of all the things I could have missed. Day 135 AF.
