Let’s goooo so many things to stress on instead I hit and do what I know and that’s workout and hit the jump rope or calisthenics nothing brings me more joy then to feed my body the foods it needs !!!

I’m at a retreat with the Wife at a wonderful resort in the boonies of New York (New York state is a vast state). This is on the Army’s dime and it surprised me on how beautiful it all is. This is the perfect time to quit smoking cigarettes. The last vestiges of my past life that is still with me.
