Quite possible that you do. Feet are the foundation. Hurt something in them and you adjust to compensate, which puts stress somewhere else. Maybe another part of the foot, or maybe ankle, knee, hip or low back starts to hurt, because they are compensating for your injured foot.
Hopefully it’s just inflammation and not a stress fracture. I developed plantar fascitis at Officer Candidate school from all the boot runs and ruck marches. My mistake was I kept running after OCS. Kept getting worse and then I started having back problems too… It wasn’t until I quit running and switched to swimming for 6 months that things healed up.
18 months sober today. I think about where I was a year and a half ago and how much change and growth has occurred, in a positive way. Keep going every day
Haven’t felt this confident on vacation in years. I’m about 5 pounds from my goal weight, over 920 days sober & trying my best to enjoy every moment.
