Goodness, did I need this trip out into nature! Crisp autumn breeze, rosy cheeks (and schnoz!), crunchy leaves underfoot and the smell of earth and a little death that leads to renewal. It was so good for the spirit.

I think it’s funny. I was just thinking getting into the city in Dallas in nice busy restaurants and hotels and room service without drinking was the refreshing I needed

I’ve had a rollar coaster of a week, I’ve allowed many tears to fall down my cheeks and soak my pillow but I’ve got through the week still sober and strong.
Isnt it funny that I would frequently would lie when I was intoxicated now I don’t lie but got called a liar… It took every little strength in my body not to flip.
