That’s very kind of you Rosa, thank you. I got asked the other day if I had drawn them on and for a moment I thought she was having me on but apparently you can buy a freckle pen. Shows how up to date I am.

When I saw them I was immediately reminded of a wonderful line in a Jane’s Addiction song, Summertime Rolls, where they are describing a woman’s freckles and use the phrase:
Her nose is painted pepper-sunlight
I’ve always found it a most poetic and beautiful descriptor.

Aybee, that’s one of my favorite JA songs, possibly the favorite.
That whole album was massive for me in high school, and I still listen to it at least a few times a year.

Difficult weekend for me, being unable to eat without extreme pain after a dental surgery. Brought back some old ED thoughts. Went back to the dentist today to patch back my mouth to ease the pain and now I’m finally able to eat some soup without any pain 
Now hoping for a nice night of sleep! We’ll see…
Day 110 and hoping that dental story will not bring me back to my bad habits. Staying strong
