The Demons tried me today. Took some of my character defects off the shelf and played with them a bit. After figuring out I was mad about things i cant control i packed my shit and went right to the gym. Gonna finish my day at an AA meeting. Character defects back on the shelf where they belong. Still a good day since it has been a sober day! Vent sesh over.

Stay strong! Have you tried AA in the evenings? It is the safest place you can be for an hour a night. Just a suggestion. Meetings are the foundation of my program. Without them I am lost and have to white knuckle my way through life.

I come and go on this app but whenever I am here, everyone is incredibly supportive and lovely and I thank you all for that.
