Yea I have an irrigation set…I’ve done it like 3 times. I got some antibiotics yesterday so it’s just giving them time to kick in good and I should be ok! Thank you!

Hope you feel better soon. Sinus infections are miserable.
I use a neti pot every day. Have so for years. Does take some getting used to, but it’s worth it not dealing with colds, sinus issues, and allergies. My sinus issues combined service-related inner ear damage makes life interesting, so I try to avoid the former.

We have a machine thing and I use it pretty frequently as well. Before that I used the Neti rinse too. Works so well but not enjoyable lol

67 days later and still here bringing myself closer to every distant shore I’ve looked at from afar for years.
Giving myself permission to look around and enjoy the journey on the way.
The real truth is there’s no end destination and it’s been freeing to start accepting that.
Enjoying the sun with my son and listening to the wind, the bees, the birds and the airplanes here. It’s a nice day

Nice sulfurs are black not sure about tail color i had rescued a goffins cockatoo from a relatives friend when i was a kid theyre soooo funny with their personalities way better than parrots
