I started a 9:1 eating plan. 9 meals with nothing processed, sugary, or falling into the “junk” category, and 1 meal where one item of the meal falls into this category. My go-to is usually airfryer tater tots, which aren’t really that bad.
Hope your efforts bear fruit…
