Not exactly sure what you mean but I did have my 1 mug of coffee on the way in this morning. Down to 1 cup (well travel mug so like 2 cups 
) of coffee a day now

I sleep better with less caffeine and that Straterra makes me pretty sensitive to caffeine so it works extra good

Those nightmares tho! Always left me emotionally eeeek for a bit. Hope your better after it? Message me if you ever want we can chop it up some on that. Have a gentle one it gets better

Itâs funny how even with a decent amount of time under our belts, I still have those thoughts daily of âwow this is so much easier to do when Iâm not hungoverâ. Grateful everyday.
