Ya know, I always wondered how you got the name “Thirdmonkey”. Now I know!
There you go! Thats how hard of a fight it was for me to get sober!
Don’t look now, but I think there’s a spider on your head.
Lookin’ good mike!
Hi T’s Mom! Great to see you!
Strong. Strong.
Flying home sober.
When I first started my sober journey 1026 days ago I use to think. “There’s no way I can fly sober.” Just no fucking way!! I wasn’t planning on going anywhere back then, but I kept thinking about it. For me to see family I usually have to fly. Flying use to be my wet bar. And that’s when I decided.
I’m not drinking today.
And I’m probably not drinking tomorrow
That phrase helped me to get where I am now.
I’m more calm.
I don’t have to rush to get to the airport bar.
I don’t have to keep waving down the flight attendant for another double.
I don’t have to think about if I can drive the rental or not. No crushing hangovers or headaches at 3 am in the shower in some hotel.
It’s sooooo worth it.
All those ODAATs paid off big time for me.
Im soooo worth it.
And so are you
I’m pretty fucking proud of myself too!!
Cool beanie bro!!!
Omg! What is it that u do? Looks rough
Looking great! Love that ur sticking to the flannel shirts! It suits u
Thank you! Love the shirt!
Found i guess an accidental selfie? Must have been on the phone mindlessly fidling with my phone…
I do like how my scars a visible though, my 3 stripes remind me to just keep going, and the ones in my brow are various reminders not to go back to the way i was
I work at a iron ore mine. The schedule sucks and it’s dirty but the compensation is great.
Me and my adult son (very handsome under the scribble) out with fam and friends. 2/7 of the group didn’t drink. I was 1/7! Day 595!
Wow that sounds like hard labor!
Im pretty fucking proud of you also Eric!
