Sweat and pump sesh done! Beakfast was great and now a little rest before I go to the market here in thailand! This country is absolutely beautiful and the people here are so kind! The villa we are at is very peaceful and not a rowdy party place so its been very easy to just enjoy every minute of paradise without the thoughts of how it would all be so much better with a drink in my hand! We donāt leave until the 11th of this month but Thailand will definitely have a piece of my heart when we do leave! Stay motivated and as always one day at a time!!!

Good news for him, itāll be cool enough this afternoon to take him for round 2 after work.
Agreed to work full 8hr days at the shop this weekend rather than my usual 4hr shifts, so going to relax as hard as heck tonight.
