Hey Mx… . I used to be on here regularly and read your posts when you quit drinking. I think we both quit drinking at a similar time.
Right before I started to withdraw from the community I also started consuming weed for sleep and remember you admitting the issue and trying to quit.
I am back now and had the same problem as you. It turned into an addiction.
Thanks for all your posts. It helped me so much even when I stopped coming here. I thought about your posts alot and identified my problem with weed quickly because of it.
14 days weed free for me … over 4 years not drinking. I wish you peace and positivity in your journey.

Honestly… I mostly come here and read.
From not drinking I have a much better relationship with my wife so she is helping with accountability and just lending her ear.
The weird thing to me is I feel like the withdrawal from weed has been worse than alcohol for me.
Just finally starting to get some days where I sleep well. My emotions are up down and sideways multiple times a day. I have had a constant headache since I quit that im still trying to shake
