Day 702, feeling more and more bored. So went to work while it was not one of my working days. Was nice starting the week like that. But need to Look into my planning. Now just being on the couch. Might need a shave though

Working on insulating our porch. Pulled down plastic and blankets covering an old drafty window & stone wall - nearly blinded myself in the sun after spraying foam in near darkness for two hours.

My job just updated our website and added my one year old pic. I was sober 6 months here ahh how beautiful life was then. Ready to go back to that.

Maybe try saying the serenity prayer. And don’t think about 6months or tomorrow think about now this moment it’s great to have a choice today. Stay blessed in recovery

Find whatever tools that work. Use them liberally. I needed lots of help, but if a hopeless drunk like me can get sober, so can you.
