Sober selfie in a meeting bathroom. (‘: it’s been a long time since I’ve even bothered to put on makeup (or shave my legs so I can wear shorts in public, let’s be real) but it’s felt nice to take care of myself. Reminders all the time that sobriety is worth it.

Um, the sober happy lady I see doesn’t need to delete. I recommend repeat! If we want change, we do something different than our previous… you’ve been doing it for 1,164 days so really no reason for self sabotage as I see it. A super great pic of a strong lady.
