Day 68-69… still sober! Definitely looking more healthy and my face is filling in more finally. Ugh, self care… its hard to maintain or even care about while in addiction. I really let myself go this time… ive been really hard on myself lately and i really dont know why. I just feel so guilty and terrible about the time spent/wasted in my addiction. Theres still a bunch of people in my life i I havnt even told yet. Im too embarrassed… learning to love yourself is also very challenging, especially for someone like me who grew up with little to no family/support… never really felt like i belonged anywhere. Anyways, im still thankful that im sober. Im thankful for the day!

Today, I caught this monster Ling Cod on a swimbait I designed and made! I spent the money I’ve saved from cigarettes on all the equipment to make soft plastic fishing lures!
Eight months and 1 day cigarette free!
