After some days of no moisturizer I really have to say: my skin isn’t that dry any more. The rash is still there but pale and only a little flaky. After washing my face I don’t have the strong desire to put cream on it any more! I’ll try the same with my lips now because they’re dry all the time although I put moisturizing lipstick on it.
Seems I started an unexpected skin experiment haha!

1 year of sobriety guys holy shit i did it! The emotions and feelings are unexplainable!!! Thank you everyone on here for the support and guidance as i scrolled and read through everyones stories!!! I just cant believe how great life is without booze when it made it seem like everything was ok! It was far from ok and being in the present everyday has been more then i thought it ever could be!!! Have a great week everyone and remember one day at a time!!!
