5 years! Impressive how far you’ve come! Take a pause for the cause, reflect for a moment and then think “if I’ve come this far in the past 5, just imagine what I can do in the next 5”…then get after it!

Mandi, it’s too hard to pinpoint a singular positive change, but up the top there would have to be living life and no longer existing - feeling freedom from the physical and mental chains of alcohol… regaining my children’s trust and respect and also having healthy boundaries that reflect the self respect and self love I’ve discovered through working on my sobriety xx
