I am now listening to ‘Learn from people who lived it’
I love it. Lots of different stories from people who usually had some trauma. It’s the guy who does the podcast and a psychologist interviewing these different people. It’s so great to hear all these stories and how these people coped and I’m just finding it very eye opening, educational and it makes me to appreacite my life even more.
I found out about the guy who does the podcast when I was listening to Recovery Elevator and he’s been interviewed there as an ex-alcoholic.

10k of interval work to kick off the weekend. I was doing long intervals like 5 run and 1 minute walk but I changed to 1 minute hard effort and 1 minute easy jog/walk. I liked the 1/1. Seemed like I was just getting into a slow paced jog on the longer times.
Hitting 1 year 9 months AF tomorrow

No, I baught a v rod and rode illegally couple years ago on my first shot at sobriety. But I still don’t have a license so I’m not gonna do that again, Im gonna make sure I do things right this time lol.
