My counselor from treatment gave me my 3 year token tonight. I love this guy, he helped me save my life and now it’s an honor to work with him. Such an awesome man

Just over 3 weeks sober today. Been staying busy with work, the gym, and my daughters on the weekends. Still pretty painful, but it is what it is. Nothing i can do but keep moving forward. Hope you all have a great tuesday.
