Me and my new King Sago Palm (cycas revoluta).
Cycads - the family of plants this belongs to - are fucking rad. They pre-date the dinosaurs and are among the oldest species of plants on earth.
I already have a small one but he’s been nothin’ but sickly since I got him in January, starting to have my doubts he can rebound and I wanted another.
Plus this one is just a beast in comparison. Will get enormous once I put it in the ground in a year or two.
Believe it or not, the King Sago actually originates in Japan. I corrected my boss on that and he thought I was full of shit! 
I swear I’m kinda smiling under the mustache.
