I live in the DMV we have the 3rd most congested traffic in the nation, i can tolerate their traffic
I agree itâs costly, but west Texas doesnât have shit to do but drill oil and we are trying to move away from that too
A lot of cities in Texas blew up during COVID when people could stay remote, they kept their salaries and moved to lower cost areas. And it in return raised the demand in those areas
