Yeah I’m ok. I was definitely a little pissed he just made it out like it was a joke and was like oh you look like wolverine got to you. He blamed it on the fact that I have loose skin. And @Reddawg7768 I believe he used a nik stick and then he had to put second skin on it.

Hello sober fam, checkin in at day 970. Almost at that 1000 day mark . Picture is from a couple weekends ago with the wife. Went and saw Rebelution and a few other bands at a venue near the beach. Had dinner and no kids. Over this sobriety i thought i would never get to the point where i would allow myself to have a good time at something like a concert or a event without alcohol. Now not drinking at events like this i don’t feel “different” for not having a beer in my hand and i truly enjoyed the company of my wife, good music, and good brisket.

I managed a very slow post hip and hamstring problems run yesterday. I feel good that I got out. Time will tell if my body is up for it.

But exercise is the cornerstone of my sobriety. I’ll adapt if I have to.
