. I’ve never been to the desert and have it not rain on me yet! Ate at Buck and Rider last night, it was phenomenal! I’m here until next Thursday i think.

We are very partial to the Hillstone Group of restaurants. They got a Houston’s and a Hillstone. It’s worth it just for the spinach artichoke dip. There’s a cool place called The Montauk we just discovered on N Scottsdale rd

exhausted but 104 days alcohol free so i’m very grateful. i thought about drinking today … not even sure why, maybe just how old things come back around sometimes, the nature of cycles … anyhow, i wasn’t truly tempted. after a pause to imagine opening a bottle, i thought about how disgusting it honestly is, and how much it ruined my life for a while - enough of a while for me to never want it back again. plus i got you guys. i preciate y’all

Day 320 drug, alcohol and gambling free. The nicotine, caffeine, porn and sugar habits are still actively cycling around but progressing in a postive direction towards abstinence. Off to church soon enough on this Christmas eve morning where I can pray for the courage to keep moving forward ODAAT and change the things I can. Went ice skating with my sister last night and captured this blurry image.
May our higher powers help us to accept and surrender.

p.p.s. Got myself new skates for Christmas and Peace got the box. Worth it

We Enjoyed our lunch yesterday. Thanks for the tip. Had to Google what a buck and rider is though, and why a seafood place would be called that. Can’t wait to go back for a dinner. I wonder if @JasonFisher knows the term? Or if Google is pulling my leg?
